About Ethel High School
Ethel High School, established circa 1930, is a 6-year (grades 7-12) comprehensive Attendance Center located in the town of Ethel just east of the center of Attala County, MS. The school follows a traditional August to May school year calendar. Ethel High School has an enrollment of close to 300 students and offers an outstanding curriculum-based upon the Mississippi College and Career Readiness Standards, which include STEM, fine arts and athletics programs, and a wide variety of extra-curricular activities. We have numerous sponsored clubs on campus providing an opportunity for all students to be involved in a school activity. State of the art technology enhances students’ learning, presentation, and research capabilities to enable our students to prepare for college and a career in the 21st century.
