Registration Dates
There will be two summer registration windows:
June Registration
- June 8-9
- 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
July Registration
- July 15-16 and July 20-21
- July 15, 20, and 21: 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- July 16: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
All registrations will take place at each student's respective school.
Please Note: There will be no registration after July 27. The next opportunity to register will be August 6.
Returning Student Registration Requirements
Returning students must:
- Bring two current proofs of residency (dated within 60 days of registration).
- Provide updated Tdap immunization records if entering 7th grade.
- Complete the attached Meal Application to receive an Online Registration Code.
- Log in to their existing ActiveParent account to complete registration.
New Student Registration Requirements
New students must:
- Bring two current proofs of residency (dated within 60 days of registration).
- Provide a copy of the student's:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record (MS Form 121)
- Transcript or Report Card from the previous school
- Provide a withdrawal form and current discipline report from the previous school.
- Complete the attached Meal Application to receive an Online Registration Code.
- Create an ActiveParent account and complete online registration.
Acceptable Proofs of Residency
According to State Board Policy JBC, two proofs of residency are required. Acceptable documents include:
- Filed Homestead Exemption Application
- Mortgage documents or property deed
- Apartment or home lease
- Utility bills
- Driver's license
- Voter precinct identification
- Automobile registration
- Court-ordered guardianship documentation
- Other documentation approved by the district that clearly establishes residency within the district
Required Documents for New Student Registration
- Birth Certificate
- Mississippi Certificate of Immunization Compliance (MS Form 121)
- Social Security Card (optional)
- Withdrawal Slip with current discipline report (transfer students)
- Report Card (Grades K-8) or Transcript (Grades 9-12)
- Two current proofs of residency
- ActiveParent Registration
- Placement test documentation if previously homeschooled or enrolled in a non-accredited private school
Families are encouraged to gather all required documents before attending registration to ensure the process is completed efficiently.
