As course selection season begins, the Kosciusko-Attala Career Technical Center (KATC) is inviting students to take a closer look at the wide range of hands-on programs available for the upcoming school year.
KATC offers students the opportunity to gain practical skills, industry knowledge, and real-world experience in a variety of career pathways. From technical trades to health sciences and business-focused programs, the center is designed to help students prepare for both college and the workforce.
With course registration now underway, students are encouraged to carefully consider their interests and future goals when selecting classes. Career and technical education programs not only provide valuable training but can also lead to certifications, internships, and early career opportunities.
To help students and families better understand what KATC has to offer, the center has released an informational video showcasing its programs, facilities, and student experiences. The video highlights how students can benefit from engaging, skill-based learning environments that go beyond the traditional classroom.
“Now is the perfect time for students to explore what’s available and take the next step toward their future,” staff members emphasized.
For more information, students and parents are encouraged to watch the program video and contact their school counselor to sign up before course selections close.
